East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>East West Bank is currently seeking a GTP Sales Associate who will be responsible for supporting GTP Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers introducing treasury management solutions to customers. The Sales Associate will serve as the primary sales support partner for multiple GTP Consultants to drive revenue and new deposits focusing on commercial banking, corporate and specialty industry verticals.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare proformas, product proposals, relationship reviews and RFPs.</li>\n <li>Analyze client activity, including client deposits, fee activity to proactively identify client deepening opportunities</li>\n <li>Customer facing support to propose banking services to commercial and corporate customers in a wide range of treasury solutions including online banking, remote deposit, fraud prevention products, lockbox, merchant card processing, payment solutions and cash vault</li>\n <li>Gather Industry information and conduct Client Research</li>\n <li>Core or single product sales to clients</li>\n <li>Submit, track and follow up on implementation requests</li>\n <li>Maintain thorough knowledge of all Bank products and services</li>\n <li>Track new exception pricing requests through approval process and manage renewals</li>\n <li>Assist internal and external customers with account analysis statement review</li>\n <li>Act as liaison with GTP Consultant and other GTS departments as needed</li>\n <li>Provide back up for GTPC when out of the office on sales calls</li>\n <li>May perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous sales support experience desirable, preferably in Financial Services/Treasury Management</li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and or Cantonese is a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure</li>\n <li>Must organize and coordinate multiple assignments and follow through to completion while ensuring a consistent customer experience</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, as well as written)</li>\n <li>Must have strong time management skills and be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends</li>\n <li>Ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff and members of the community</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-MA1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
