Logs resolutions in data base to track issues and for future reference.</li><li>Deploy latest security patches for all computers after testing for compatibility.</li><li>Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technology issues including hardware, software and peripherals.</li><li>Work with external vendors as needed to resolve complex software and/or interface issues.</li><li>Maintain IT asset list with all pertinent data for troubleshooting and maintenance.</li><li>Responsible for technical setup for special events as instructed by IT Director.</li><li>Researches and gathers information on special projects, as necessary.</li><li>Responds to on-call emergencies as assigned or as necessary for 24/7/365 operation of critical systems.</li></ul>",
