    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: NDT Technician</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong>Shift: </strong>2nd shift</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $25 an hour</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\">Reporting to the Quality Manager, the NDT Technician will work to make Xray equipment and programs more robust thus increasing throughput.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop new programs (testing required for automatic production).</li><li>Transfer programs to other MUs for asset utilization (testing required for automatic production).</li><li>MU Program Maintenance</li><li>Image and equipment verification.</li><li>Teach segments to reduce immediate review occurrences.</li><li>X-ray robotic position alignment.</li><li>Program Archival and Retrieval</li><li>ADR program backups.</li><li>Robot program backups.</li><li>Stage MU’s for use from archive.</li><li>Observe and practice all applicable lockout/tagout requirements during all activities.</li><li>Provide NDT support during overlap hours.</li><li>Data input, reporting and auditing.</li><li>Present options and ideas to enhance current processes or procedures.</li><li>Repair and maintain X-ray equipment.</li><li>MU PM and 5S Activities</li><li>Part pallet details.</li><li>Robot end of arm tool.</li><li>System Cleanliness.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><strong><u>Academic Requirements</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 6 months experience as a certified X- Ray Reader.</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Experience</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0.0001pt;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Read and interpret documents.</li><li>Possess computer skills in a Windows environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively and at all levels within the company.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable.</li><li>Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.</li><li>Use a systematic approach in carrying out assignments.</li><li>Identify, analyze and solve problems.
