It is expected that trainers track, monitor, and follow up on a consistent basis as new Managers work in the homes with the goal of reducing turnover and mentoring leadership to increase staff satisfaction. Trainers will work closely with senior management to cover designated geographic areas while supporting the mission and core values of the company &ndash; Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Relationships and Excellence.
