This role involves creating accurate and insightful reports for various departments, maintaining reporting systems, and ensuring that the information generated meets business needs.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What a day at EXP has in store for you</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\">Facilitate the development of information&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Compile data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Tailor reports to meet the specific needs of all applicable parties</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Automate regular reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency</li><li style=\"color: black;\">Implement data validation and quality control procedures to maintain high data quality standards</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What Your Experience Looks Like</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with at least 1 year of relevant experience&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar discipline (required)&nbsp;</li><li>Foundational knowledge of Power BI (required)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (required)&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to apply analytical methods to develop effective solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Logical, data-driven approach to problem solving&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while delivering high-quality work on schedule&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><div><p><span class=\"x2kd x1a\"><strong>EXP subscribes to the Workplace Equity Program.
