Additionally, you'll provide leadership across advanced analytics, competitive intelligence, AI initiatives, and business intelligence to ensure analytics are embedded into day to day decision making and aligned with CWG’s growth and profitability objectives. This role partners closely with actuarial leadership, underwriting, claims, and Regional Shared Services / DNA while maintaining accountability for CWG specific analytics priorities and plays a critical role in sustaining and advancing existing analytics capabilities, supporting new business and product development, and expanding the use of analytics and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes across the organization. Experience with modern analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI) and familiarity with AI-enabled analytics solutions. Experience leading and applying AI capabilities, including generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI agents, to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and business outcomes.
