From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>About the Role</h3>\n<p>As a <strong>Junior Enterprise Application Administrator</strong>, you will act as <strong>Level 2 support</strong> within our Platform Engineering organization—bridging the gap between the Service Desk (Level 1), internal users, and senior Platform Engineers (Level 3).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is designed as a <strong>growth opportunity</strong>. You are not expected to check every technical box on day one. We are prioritizing <strong>problem‑solving ability, communication skills, and a strong learning mindset</strong> over years of experience.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<p>In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as <strong>Level 2 support</strong> for enterprise applications, primarily Jira and Confluence</li>\n <li>Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot issues escalated from the Service Desk</li>\n <li>Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to users and technical teams</li>\n <li>Escalate more complex problems to Platform Engineers with strong documentation and context</li>\n <li>Test applications following major releases using existing test cases</li>\n <li>Look for opportunities to improve processes, including reducing manual tasks and supporting automation</li>\n <li>Document solutions, learnings, and common issues to improve future support</li>\n <li>Work closely with global teams across <strong>Poland, India, and the United States</strong>, using English daily</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Tools & Technologies</h3>\n<p><strong>Primary focus:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Jira (Data Center and/or Cloud)</li>\n <li>Confluence (Data Center and/or Cloud)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Exposure to the following is helpful but not required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ServiceNow</li>\n <li>Datadog</li>\n <li>OpsGenie</li>\n <li>GitHub</li>\n <li>Atlassian and third‑party apps (e.g., Automation, ScriptRunner, Comala, ConfiForms)</li>\n <li>Integrated solutions such as Advanced Roadmaps or Insight</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You do <strong>not</strong> need prior experience with all tools listed. Willingness to learn is more important than prior expertise.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<p>This role is a strong fit if you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have <strong>0–2 years of experience</strong>, including internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level roles</li>\n <li>Have <strong>at least 1 year of hands‑on experience</strong> supporting applications, systems, or internal users</li>\n <li>Are a graduate or graduating <strong>by December 2025</strong></li>\n <li>Are fluent in <strong>English</strong> and comfortable communicating with global teams </li>\n <li>Enjoy troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and figuring out how systems work</li>\n <li>Ask questions, collaborate well with others, and share ideas</li>\n <li>Are looking to grow into a longer‑term career in Platform Engineering or technical support</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Work Environment & Onboarding</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Location:</strong> Bogotá, Colombia</li>\n <li><strong>In‑office:</strong> 4 days per week</li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Early start times (~7:00 AM local) to align with European teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will make you stand out:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience reporting and writing JQL filter queries</li>\n <li>Previous Agile experience in a corporate environment</li>\n <li>Bitbucket user and project administration</li>\n <li>Some experience with Groovy</li>\n <li>Prior experience using git and review process</li>\n <li>All application materials should be submitted in English</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#LI-Hybrid </strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI-AR1</strong></p>",
