You will balance hands-on maintenance leadership with analytical reliability strategies that reduce downtime, extend asset life, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). This is an on-site position with occasional travel up to 25% of the time. You will report directly to our Maintenance and Reliability Service Leader.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to stringent regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations, ensuring all activities and equipment meet industry standards for quality and safety.</li>\n <li>Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities on production, utility, and process equipment.</li>\n <li>Conduct data-driven analyses of equipment reliability trends and develop improvement recommendations.</li>\n <li>Implement and sustain CMMS processes including PM optimization, asset hierarchies, and work management best practices.</li>\n <li>Support and facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, EHS) to align M&R initiatives with business goals.</li>\n <li>Support regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP) and ensure documentation meets company and industry standards.</li>\n <li>Coordinate vendor and contractor support for maintenance and reliability improvement activities.</li>\n <li>Contribute to MRO spare parts management, bill of materials accuracy, and lifecycle cost reduction.</li>\n <li>Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives leveraging data visualization, AI, or BI tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering.</li>\n <li>Experience with either SAP or Hexagon is preferred. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of reliability analysis methods and continuous improvement tools.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).</li>\n <li>Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</li>\n <li>Experience with MRO and spare parts management and BOM development.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of EHS and GMP regulations.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau) or AI technology.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>\n <li>Able to travel up to 25% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a STEM field or trade certification in instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.</li>\n <li>Life Science experience.</li>\n <li>Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If this sounds like you, apply today! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination</strong></p>\n<p>Transcat is an equal-opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination based on any protected status.
