  "externalDescription": " About the Position: Empire Beauty School is seeking an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and help attract top talent across our organization. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, effective, and compliant hiring practices while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and develop a team of Recruiters while also actively participating in recruitment efforts for assigned positions. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates for a variety of roles, as well as partnering closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, monitor recruiting metrics, support workforce planning initiatives, and drive successful hiring outcomes. Additional responsibilities include streamlining recruitment processes, maintaining recruitment tools and job postings, ensuring hiring compliance, managing and executing new Co-Worker onboarding activities, participating in Form I-9 completion, and providing coaching, training, and performance management to recruiting team members. We're seeking a talent acquisition leader with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for identifying and developing talent that supports organizational growth and success.
