This role combines deep cloud infrastructure and data expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive successful migrations, integrations, and greenfield developments across the Azure ecosystem.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Delivery Leadership:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own the technical delivery of Azure projects from Requirement through deployment.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to Azure Well-Architected Framework, governance, and security standards.</li>\n <li>Ability to build consensus and drive offshore global development teams to deliver build and QA.</li>\n <li>Work with product owners and managers to track requirements, UAT closure, Communication, and Training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Solution Architecture:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review cloud designs and provide guidance to the Solution team.</li>\n <li>Oversee integration with third-party systems, SaaS platforms (like Salesforce), and legacy on-prem applications.</li>\n <li>Own data migration strategies; possess deep-dive knowledge of ETL/ELT activities (Azure Data Factory) and environment rollouts.</li>\n <li>Provide direction on solutioning, technical delivery guidance, and identifying requirement gaps.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and mentor cloud engineers, data engineers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams.</li>\n <li>Foster collaboration between product owners, business stakeholders, and technical infrastructure teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT leadership regarding Azure initiatives.</li>\n <li>Identify gaps in the translation of business requirements into technical cloud specifications.</li>\n <li>Provide status on progress and monitor milestones and task delivery across multiple workstreams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Assurance & Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement robust testing strategies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or industry-specific environmental regs).</li>\n <li>Work with QA management to align on schedule and execution of testing adhering to organizational goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stay updated on Azure roadmaps, new services, and emerging cloud technologies.</li>\n <li>Recommend enhancements to optimize cloud performance, cost (FinOps), and user experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>12+ years in IT with at least 8 years focused on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of delivering complex Azure cloud migrations and integrations in enterprise environments.</li>\n <li>Minimum of three large-scale Azure implementation experiences (e.g., Data Warehouse modernization, App Service migrations, or complex Integration Hubs).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert, Data Engineer, Administrator, Security Engineer).</li>\n <li>PMP certification is optional and good to have.</li>\n <li>Scaled Agile certification is optional and good to have.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep/Terraform, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.</li>\n <li>Experience with Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor/Log Analytics) and security frameworks (Microsoft Entra ID).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Communication:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure delivery environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with DevOps practices for Azure.</li>\n <li>Exposure to hybrid-cloud environments and integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce).</li>\n <li>Mandatory: Four-year college degree in Computer Science or Engineering.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $72.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.",
