    "description": "<p>We are currently seeking 3rd to 7th year associate candidates to support our Los Angeles Office&#39;s Corporate Practice Group. &nbsp;The ideal candidate have experience with a broad range of transactional and governance matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, publicly and privately traded securities, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financing. &nbsp;Any experience working with investment advisors on merger and acquisitions or general counseling is a plus. &nbsp;Candidates must have excellent credentials from a top law school, be licensed to practice in California and should also have strong writing skills.</p>\n\n<p><br />\nThe Buchalter Corporate Practice Group is among the premier law practices of its kind, spurred by dedication to its clients and a deep understanding of their businesses. Buchalter Corporate attorneys provide expert, results oriented counseling to help clients&mdash;from entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies to publicly-traded national corporations&mdash;navigate the challenges and opportunities they encounter.</p>\n\n<p><br />\nPay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $185-$255k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. &nbsp;This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate&rsquo;s years of practice and experience and performance.</p>\n\n<p>Buchalter LLP offers a competitive salary, 401K, profit sharing and a full benefits package.</p>\n\n<p>Buchalter was founded based on principles of inclusivity.
