To be successful, you will also need to demonstrate the ability to manage new and renovations construction projects in the role of Owner’s representative. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall quality, schedule, and performance results of assigned projects.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with new construction and renovation projects through design, construction &amp; completion.</li>\n <li>Capital planning and financial reporting on projects assigned.</li>\n <li>Manage work in compliance with state local, and client requirements.</li>\n <li>Review contractor schedules.</li>\n <li>Experience preparing project master schedules, budgets and cost estimates.</li>\n <li>Review schedules analyze critical path updates, schedule progress, evaluate schedule options, communicates schedule status to the project manager, client, consultants and others.</li>\n <li>Build detailed engineering cost reports, change notices and other cost control tools.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining project schedule(s) and alerting project team to potential problem areas.</li>\n <li>Monitors general contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety standards.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed material, labor and equipment cost estimates for design development documents, bid documents, and change orders.</li>\n <li>Estimate and negotiate change orders.</li>\n <li>Evaluate RFI’s submittals and Field Memos for cost impact.</li>\n <li>Have a good understanding of different forms of contract procurement and contract administration</li>\n <li>Manage projects to completion on-time, within budget and within the scope of work.</li>\n <li>Produce reports and briefings using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>\n <li>Be familiar with and be able to produce project reports utilizing PMIS systems and software.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 10 years of construction management experience.</li>\n <li>Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)</li>\n <li>Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
