This position supports the development and implementation of a program or project to improve operations and/or patient care and plays an important role in the day-to-day activities of projects.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Monitors the process and outcomes of the projects helping to ensure the project is on schedule.
Provides administrative and logistical support.
Documents issues and decisions.
Assists in preparing proposals, reports and documents regarding project.
Participates in staffing needs and resources for the project.
Reviews monthly budget statements to ensure that the program/project has the funds needed for continuation.
May perform basic project management functions.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above.
Demonstrated communication skills.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in a clinical field, business or equivalency.
One year of related experience.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Preferred
Experience in management or coordination, training, quality assurance, team building, program development and evaluation.
Smartsheet management, project tracking, and reporting
Budget planning and financial tracking tools
Operational project management and coordination tools
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation.
This is a sedentary position in an office setting that may exert up to 10 pounds and may lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. This position involves sitting most of the time and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
