We value honesty and integrity of character, and a strong work ethic.  We mentor our employees as we create opportunities for personal career growth and development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to train and mentor others: Civil Techs I and II</li>\n<li>Teach proficient use of hand tools</li>\n<li>Lead crews to clear and prepare sites for construction</li>\n<li>Communicate engineering and construction drawings with crew to navigate flow of work</li>\n<li>Ensure all materials are requested and on hand for job site</li>\n<li>Supervise and direct work of Civil Tech I and Civil Tech II in a variety of tasks and assist in their development.</li>\n<li>Oversee and assist crew as necessary. Stay with crew as much as possible and delegate errands to crew members if possible</li>\n<li>Ensure and monitor the crew's safety practices.</li>\n<li>Lead and perform JHA's during Foreman's Daily meetings.</li>\n<li>Ensure all equipment, materials and small tools are in safe operating condition</li>\n<li>Ensure equipment walk-around, DOT Vehicle, and pre-operational inspections are routinely and fully completed.</li>\n<li>The Foreman is expected to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers, etc. by effectively communicating with them, sharing clear expectations and holding them accountable for their actions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Specific Experience and Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excavating footings, tower foundations, tower beef-ups, tower anchors, grounding and utility trenching, grading, concrete work</li>\n<li>Tying rebar, managing concrete pours, finishing foundations and slabs</li>\n<li>Backfill and pack all excavations</li>\n<li>Operating many types of equipment</li>\n<li>Some carpentry experience i.e. framing, drywall etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record</li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel frequently throughout Washington and extended PNW job sites</li>\n<li>Must be able to know and understand drawings and specifications</li>\n<li>Must be able to supervise and lead employees<br></li>\n<li>Must be able to pass a Background Check, Pre-Employment Physical, and Drug Screen</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive wages $33 - $48/Hour DOE</li>\n<li>Per Diem Allowance for out-of-town/overnight travel</li>\n<li>Paid Weekly by Direct Deposit </li>\n<li>Paid Time Off | 10 Days Annually</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays | 7 Days Annually</li>\n<li>Excellent Benefits Plan | Medical, Vision, and Dental</li>\n<li>Company vehicle, computer &amp; cell phone</li>\n<li>401K Plan</li>\n<li>Life Insurance + Long-Term Disability Insurance<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Full Time Position</p>\n<p>Wages DOE</p>\n<p><span>Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and pre-employment physical. </span></p>\n<p>Capstone strongly encourages applications from military veterans! </p>\n<p>#zr</p>\n<ul></ul>",
