We are in need of a Commercial Sales Representative to help service our commercial customers around the Edgewater area. As a Commercial Sales Representative at Bone Dry, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. You will combine your analytical skills with your sales expertise to estimate project costs, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions. Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow. Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities. Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company’s product portfolio. Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers. This position requires a strong degree of ownership and self-motivation, while also being team oriented. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Pass a background check and Pre-employment drug screen Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Military service is a plus The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level Preferred Skills and Knowledge Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus Ability to perform material take offs a plus Previous OSHA certification a plus Construction/roofing industry a plus Compensation and Benefits Commission based position, earnings potential range of $55k - $220k Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Company paid Life Insurance Company paid short-term disability 401(k) Plan PTO, Vacation & Holidays
