This 24-month program offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to commercial real estate deals, providing the ideal foundation for a long-term career in the industry.</p>\n<p>Upon completion, Analysts can pursue two clear career paths:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Brokerage Track – Transition into brokerage, building your own book of business with the backing of industry-leading training and resources.</li>\n <li>Senior Analyst Track – Advance to a senior role, continuing to deliver high-level financial and transaction support while deepening your expertise.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our progression model ensures Analysts graduate with the skills, experience, and professional network needed to thrive in commercial real estate.</p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Transaction Support</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Draft Letters of Intent, listing agreements, addenda, and client reports.</li>\n <li>Support due diligence, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.</li>\n <li>Edit and proof marketing packages to ensure accuracy of property information, financials, and presentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Client Engagement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accompany clients on property tours, highlighting key features and opportunities.</li>\n <li>Assist in preparing and presenting Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and client-facing analyses.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Financial & Data Analysis</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze, underwrite, and forecast property cash flows and valuations using templates and modeling software.</li>\n <li>Update and maintain rent and sales comparables using industry data sources.</li>\n <li>Input, track, and report on business performance metrics and trends.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operations & Compliance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate data across company databases.</li>\n <li>Coordinate marketing campaigns and provide weekly performance reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with state real estate laws nationwide.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.</li>\n <li>1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Active real estate license (or ability to obtain within first year; support available).</li>\n <li>Strong financial and Excel-based modeling skills; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms a plus.</li>\n <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.</li>\n <li>Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to learn.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Your Opportunity</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive training through Matthews University and advanced underwriting coursework.</li>\n <li>Direct mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to every stage of the deal cycle.</li>\n <li>Defined career path with two strong options: brokerage or senior analyst.</li>\n <li>Market-competitive base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, wellness programs).</li>\n <li>A collaborative, high-energy culture committed to professional growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Commitment to Diversity</h2>\n<p>Matthews™ is an Equal Opportunity Company.
