The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality shotcrete application expertise on various challenging projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Qualifications</em><span>:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>ACI Nozzleman certification is an asset or a combination of active Nozzleman experience and related training.</li>\n<li>Experience operating a shotcrete pump.</li>\n<li>First aid, confined space, and fall protection training is an asset.<br></li>\n<li>Physical fitness to spend most or all of shift standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and working hands-on in outdoor environments in all types of weather.</li>\n<li>Flexible with hours worked, including overtime and weekend work as needed.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span>Technical Skills:<br><br></span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to demonstrate knowledge of proper shotcrete equipment set-up.</li>\n<li>Understand the impact weather can have on shotcrete operations to maintain quality results.</li>\n<li>Ability to identify all hazards associated with excavation/shoring projects and communicate safety issues.</li>\n<li>Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and participate in safety meetings.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Foreman and shoring crew to apply shotcrete and understand shoring drawings.</li>\n<li>Ensure all areas receiving shotcrete are clean, sound, and free of loose material.</li>\n<li>Install reinforcement materials as per specifications and adhere to anchor head details.</li>\n<li>Maintain quality results of work, including shotcrete walls meeting minimum +/- tolerances.</li>\n<li>Conduct inspections on hoses and equipment prior to use, ensuring safety and correct operation.</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.</li>\n<li>Work with the team to ensure maximum productivity and support other crew members on site.</li>\n<li>Perform daily site activities outside of job scope.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span><br>Interpersonal Skills:<br><br></span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to learn and have a good work ethic.<br></li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English communication.</li>\n<li>Great attitude towards safety.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.<br></li>\n<li>Ability to excel in a team atmosphere.<br></li>\n<li>Results-oriented.</li>\n<li>Desire to grow within our organization.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You can expect these great benefits: </span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive compensation packages.</span></li>\n<li><span>Extended health benefits.</span></li>\n<li><span>Team building and social events.</span></li>\n<li><span>Training, development and mentorship opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Opportunity to advance in your career.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>A great culture where we truly value our employees.</span><span><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Hall Constructors</span></span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">: </span><br><br></span></p>\n<p>Hall Constructors was founded in 2010 and since then has seen steady growth to become one of Business in Vancouver’s Top 10 Construction Companies in BC.
