Description

Position Summary The Project Manager owns the client relationship and end-to-end execution for assigned field and construction projects — F&B equipment installs, commercial remodels, and maintenance programs across Barranco's national C-store and QSR client base. Accountability spans the full lifecycle: estimate review, scoping, scheduling, resource coordination, budget management, and closeout. This role is the single point of accountability for delivering projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget while protecting margin and client satisfaction. Core Accountabilities Project Execution Owns organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple concurrent projects. Establishes and manages client deadlines per the Scope of Work; ensures delivery is timely, accurate, and clearly communicated. Sequences multi-site rollout programs across geographies to meet client timelines. Manages change orders, scope adjustments, and field escalations with documented decisions. Client Relationship Serves as primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle. Drives client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Facilitates Customer QBR meetings as needed. Financial Ownership Partners with Estimating and other departments to produce accurate estimates for materials, labor, and resources. Builds and presents budget projections to leadership; manages projects to budget without overrun. Coordinates with Accounting to ensure accurate, timely billing and margin protection. Field & Vendor Coordination Coordinates field technicians and subcontractors; ensures crews are dispatched, equipped, and aligned to job-site requirements. Sources, negotiates, and manages vendors and subcontractors; verifies scope, pricing, and quality. Conducts site visits and walkthroughs to verify progress, quality, and safety. Oversees permitting, inspection, and compliance in coordination with GC licensing obligations. Reporting & Team Leadership Tracks project milestones and tasks; reports status to management weekly. Supervises and coaches assigned project staff (PC, APM) on project management fundamentals and client service. Maintains complete, accurate project documentation in company systems.
