Morrison Center is seeking a Children’s Case Manager , to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Scarborough, Maine Case Managers develop individualized support plans for individuals served, using a person-centered planning process; analyze support strategies and assure that services received by clients adequately meet their needs; and assist individuals and their families to identify strategies that will enable them to meet their goals. Requirements of the Children’s Case Manager: Bachelor’s degree One preferred year experience in Children's Services or two years in social services Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, preferred Ability to work in person Benefits of the Job: Medical, Dental insurance with employer contributions Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance 403B with employer contributions Monday – Friday work Schedule Responsibilities of the Children’s Case Manager: Working with children who have intellectual and/or developmental disability Managing a case load of 25 - 30 clients Working with children as young as 6 months – 20 years old. Documentation in accordance with regulatory agencies Case Manager must represent Morrison Center in the community and act as a liaison with other agencies. Perform monthly home visits, school observation Support families at IEP meetings, team meetings and medical appointments Complete 90 day continued stay reviews with the family Morrison Center is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive, individualized support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
