Salary Range : Starting at $18-$19 hourly Job Summary Price Brothers is seeking a creative and driven Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing resident satisfaction and retention while elevating the brand presence of our properties. Social Media Management Capture unique content at properties, such as photos, videos, and event highlights. Develop and schedule an engaging content calendar. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Implement innovative strategies to increase online engagement and follower growth. Identify and promote business partnerships through social channels. Online Reputation Management Proactively encourage authentic reviews from residents. Respond to all reviews professionally and constructively within 72 hours, working with on-site teams as necessary to craft responses. Share monthly reports with stakeholders, identifying key trends to ensure property benchmarks are met. Event Planning & Coordination Develop comprehensive and holistic event plans, including budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies. Plan, organize, and coordinate events tailored to the demographics and needs of each assigned property. Ensure event checklists are completed according to company standards. Collaborate and build relationships with site teams and other coordinators regularly to streamline event planning efficiency. Measure event success and analyze attendance details. Innovate and test new event ideas to maximize resident participation. Support corporate campaigns & events as needed. Online Reputation Management Proactively encourage authentic reviews from residents. Respond to all reviews professionally and constructively within 72 hours, working with on-site teams as necessary to craft responses. Share monthly reports with stakeholders, identifying key trends to ensure property benchmarks are met Communication Create and manage various communication channels for residents, including newsletters, landing pages, surveys, move-in information, and other materials. Ensure all communications align with Price Brothers’ brand standards and effectively engage residents. Craft standardized communication templates for introductory emails, post-event follow-ups, and resident relationship-building efforts. Introduce Price Brothers values and foster connections between residents and on-site teams. Manage and effectively communicate a structured schedule, ensuring alignment with property visits, events, meetings, and regional responsibilities. Corporate Collaboration & Business Partnerships Support corporate campaigns, events & programs such as the Pet Royalty Club, IMPACT, Roof Over Head, and seasonal leasing promotions. Work closely with the corporate marketing team to brainstorm ideas and share best practices. Attend regular meetings to discuss marketing results and strategize improvements. Educate on-site teams about the value of resident retention and marketing efforts. Share data and proven results to highlight the impact of marketing initiatives. Conduct digital & physical marketing audits at each assigned property. Identify & nurture mutually beneficial business partnerships. Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to learn. Demonstrate effective, courteous communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office products, word processing and spreadsheet programs. Basic technical troubleshooting skills for marketing platforms and website updates. Hands-on experience with social media management platforms and tools to create, schedule, and analyze content performance, such as SOCi, Hootsuite, and Canva. Proficiency in project management software such as Asana or Monday. Ability to learn and retain knowledge of operating software systems. Willingness and ability to learn additional software packages as required. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Professional attitude and neat, clean, well-groomed appearance. Experience in event planning and communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and have exceptional follow-up skills. Ability to work under some pressure relating to the completion of projects on schedule. Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques. Driving is an essential function of the job. English must be used when communicating with a client or coworker. Another language may be used if preferred by both parties. Required Work Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning & management or equivalent experience. Experience in property management preferred. Certifications and/or Licenses Valid driver license legally allowing driving for work purposes during working hours; Valid automobile insurance when operating a vehicle for business purposes; and Any other licenses/certifications required by governing agencies - otherwise, none Continuing Education Courses Only those required to maintain government agency certification or licensing Completion of applicable Company training programs throughout employment Working Conditions Position may require minimal work at other locations (for example, visiting a property for a business need) On rare occasions, there may be a need to travel outside the metro area to conduct training, typically on a project basis Majority of time spent in an office environment. The position has the option to work in the office or remotely on Fridays. In-person, regular, predictable attendance is essential to the position.
