Frontline resource for team members and providers. The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) is responsible for leading the shift operations within the clinical setting to ensure delivery of high-quality care, exceptional customer experience, and optimal patient flow. In conjunction with Nursing Leadership, the CANM provides guidance, fosters collaboration, and is responsible for the ambulatory and/or outpatient clinical operation(s) including patient care assignments, clinical customer experience, clinical efficiencies, and quality outcomes.</p>\n<p><strong><u>About the organization:</u></strong> Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital has been at the forefront of healthcare in St. Petersburg, FL for nearly 100 years as a community hospital, trauma center and academic teaching center.
