    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong>Occupational Health and Safety<br>&nbsp;</strong><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p data-pasted=\"true\">As a <strong>Loss Control Consultant</strong>, you will partner with our clients to mitigate exposure and reduce their <strong>Workers&rsquo; Compensation</strong> costs as well as help them to enhance their injury prevention and management programs. &nbsp;You will conduct on-site and virtual surveys and consultations for existing and prospective policyholders&rsquo; operations, identify potential hazards, assess risk factors, and analyze injury data. The Loss Control Consultant will prepare and submit reports of findings and recommendations and implement service plans that address safety, prevention and mitigation of losses. You will evaluate safety programs to determine compliance based on OSHA, DOT, ANSI, and other state and local regulations. Other services provided to clients include but are not limited to Industrial Hygiene, Return to Work/Stay at Work, and Ergonomics. &nbsp;Additionally, you will develop industry-specific educational handouts, multimedia, and lead presentations (on-site and virtually) to train groups of individuals on a wide variety of safety and ergonomics topics. &nbsp; You will work collaboratively with Underwriting and Claims.</p><p><strong>Candidates to be considered must reside in&nbsp;Nebraska.&nbsp;This is a work-from-home role with frequent travel required.
