    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Job Title: Packaging Engineer</p><p>Job Summary: Ensure the effective control of product package and reduce packing cost on the condition of ensuring product quality. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Job Functions:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prepare packing technical requirement or new products and new customers</li><li>Timely fulfill the preparation of packing process for new products and responsible for data maintenance</li><li>Design, verify and track new packing technology</li><li>&nbsp;Improve packing technology, packing quality and work efficiency as well as reduce packing cost</li><li>Develop packing materials; Develop safe, eco-friendly and low-cost internal and external packing materials</li><li>Develop new packing technology</li><li>Satisfy different packing requirements from customer</li><li>Technical supervision</li><li>Find and solve field packing problems</li><li>Know customer&#39;s packing requirement and responsible for packing case confirmation</li><li>Communicate with customer, submit packing plan to customer and have them signed by customer for confirmation</li><li>Other duties as assigned &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Nothing in the Position Description restricts management&#39;s right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li><li>Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers</li><li>At least 1 year of working experience &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) &nbsp;</li><li>The employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables</li><li>Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software</li><li>Familiar with CAD</li><li>Know product packing and logistics characteristics</li><li>Know packing technology relating to inter layer tempered and injection product</li><li>Familiar with logistics characteristics under different transportation conditions such as bus transport, rail transport, sea transport and air transportation</li><li>Familiar with the characteristics of wooden case packing, iron case packing and carton packing</li><li>Familiar with CAD, carton/wooden case packing design and the characteristics of safety glasses</li><li>To solve and improve problems relating to the post</li><li>Able to make data statistical analysis</li><li>Equipped with emergency management capability</li><li>Equipped with a certain degree of interpersonal skill</li><li>Equipped with coordination skill</li><li>TS16949 training</li><li>Training about the five reference books &nbsp;</li><li>Training about innovation methods</li><li>Training about project management</li><li>Six Sigma training&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
