To ensure appearance is in top condition &nbsp;</p><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"619\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><h3>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</h3></td></tr></tbody></table><ul><li>Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations across:<ol><li>Six (6) guest room buildings</li><li>Two (2) Town Homes</li><li>Four (4) meeting and office buildings</li><li>Health and Wellness Center</li><li>Main building housing restaurant, caf&eacute;, reception center, and banquet space</li><li>Three (3) Irrigation pump systems for lawns and gardens</li><li>10 Acres of Lawn Care and 10 planted Garden&rsquo;s to include Art Mounds, and Water Supply Ditches for Irrigation</li></ol></li><li>Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for guestrooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Supervise, train, schedule the engineering team members to ensure proper shift coverage for a large, multi-building campus and events.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution.</li><li>Maintain all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, fire alarm, irrigation, and lighting systems.</li><li>Coordinate periodic inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including life-safety and environmental standards.</li><li>Oversee pool and spa mechanical systems; pool certification is beneficial.</li><li>Manage work orders, service requests, and vendor relationships.</li><li>Assist in planning and execution of capital projects and renovations in collaboration with leadership.</li><li>Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to support efficient operations.</li><li>Work closely with Rooms, Housekeeping, Food &amp; Beverage, Events, and Wellness teams to support operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and preventative care across the property.</li></ul><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"619\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><h3>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</h3></td></tr></tbody></table><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school training preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of hotel or resort engineering/maintenance experience, with supervisory responsibility preferred.</li><li>Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple buildings or a large campus environment strongly preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in luxury or full-service hospitality is desired.</li></ul><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"619\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3></td></tr></tbody></table><ul><li>Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and building mechanical/HVAC systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety documentation.</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Pool and Hot tub Operator Certification (CPO) or similar certification is preferred and or required within 1 year of employment. &nbsp; 40 Hour OSHA training course is preferred and or required within 1 year of employment.
