Love your job.</strong></p><p><span>Texas Instruments is seeking a <strong>Systems Manager</strong> within the System Engineering Marketing (SEM) organization. In this role, you will manage a team of system engineers, who in turn provide customers with complete semiconductor solutions for Test &amp; Measurement applications. You may also work with Business Units &amp; sales and marketing functions to determine priorities, and then direct and monitor the team to provide reference designs or otherwise demonstrate the integration of multiple products within an end-equipment solution. Additional job functions include providing technical expertise directly to large-volume customers or providing solutions for the general market. Providing inputs for future product development based on customer application specifications and market trends is key. This is a supervisory role with direct reports.</span></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Lead and manage the test &amp; measurement system team</span></li><li><span>Define and drive system-level requirements for test and measurement applications, translating customer needs into reference designs, collaterals, or product roadmap requirements</span></li><li><span>Serve as technical liaison with key customers and field teams, leveraging system engineers for application support</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with TI's product lines to deliver comprehensive solutions</span></li><li><span>Monitor competitive landscape and identify market trend inflection points</span></li><li><span>Provide technical expertise directly to large-volume customers</span></li><li><span>Work with marketing to provide solutions for the general market</span></li><li><span>Provide inputs for future product development based on customer application specifications and market trends</span></li></ul>",
