Our culture is built on positivity, creativity, and the belief that work should be fulfilling, not just a “day job.”\n\n What You'll Do\n\n Deliver exceptional member service and maintain high satisfaction scores.\n\n Acquire new members and deepen existing relationships through proactive sales and service.\n\n Identify opportunities to improve members’ financial health.\n\n Meet established goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance.\n\n Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in‑branch and by phone.\n\n Resolve member issues by applying strong product and procedural knowledge.\n\n Mitigate risk by following all policies, procedures, and sound judgment.\n\n Complete daily branch operations and correct account or transaction errors.\n\n Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties.\n\n Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization—fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champions a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and values.\n\n What to Expect in Our Hiring Process \n\n1. A quick phone screen to get to know you\n2. A Zoom interview with the team\n3. Short assessments to help us learn more about your strengths and work style\n4. An in‑person interview at the Frisco branch location\n5. Once you’ve signed your offer letter, we’ll begin your background and credit check\n\n Requirements\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nPay ranges from $18–$22 per hour, and the role is on‑site at our Frisco branch.\n\n Ready to Join a Winning Team? \n\nAdvancial isn’t just about business – it’s about building careers, communities, and futures.
