    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>**You will be required to take a standard pipe test.**</strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">GTAW/SMAW Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">**THIS IS MAINTENANCE**NO PER DIEM**</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Qualification Highlights</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to Stick/Mig weld on varies types of equipment and material, HBZ-130-2G, 3G, 4G tests (which is 3 tests and 3 positions).</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">SMAW (7018-1), Carbon steel plate (.500” thick) in the 2G (horizontal) 3G (Vertical) 4G (overhead). Without a backing strip.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must successfully pass a weld test.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have 4+ years of industrial welding experience.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have all required knowledge, skills, and abilities.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to meet all physical requirements.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have all the tools</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Other Duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;<strong>Position Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Selects equipment and plans layouts, assembly, and welding applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Layout, position, aligns, cut, assemble, and fit metal components together in various body positions and in various places.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Sets up equipment and welds parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc, or gas arc welding equipment.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Weld metal materials to piping systems equipment using the appropriate welding procedure for the various equipment and metal types involved.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Identify all equipment for job and process.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Identify all safety risks and requirements.</span></li></ul><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">You will be required to take a standard pipe test.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to read blueprints and other engineering drawings in order to perform efficiently work.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to read and interrupt technical manuals as applicable.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have 4+ years of experience welding experience on industrial size and grade equipment.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have the ability to stick weld in 2g, 3g, and 4g conditions.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be proficient in welding with varies rods including but not limited to 6010 &amp; 7018.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have a thorough knowledge of various metals characteristic and qualities including the correct welding processes required and the effects of welding on the material.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must successfully pass a weld test.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have experience welding multiple types of material possibly including but not limited to: carbon steel, Fluxcore, stainless, aluminum and chrome.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able and willing to assist with other activities while not actively welding.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have reliable transportation.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to work at heights as required.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must meet all physical demands (see section below).</span></li></ul><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Preferred Additional Qualification</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’ed employee.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Previous experience in this position with Zachry Industrial, Inc.</span></li><li class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Current Zachry Certification (all welders will be required to re-test)</span></li></ul><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Reporting to:</strong></span></p><p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">This position does not have any direct reports; however, the position will work closely with and oversee on occasion of helper and labor positions.
