This position supervises cage personnel, safeguards financial assets, and supports training and team development while maintaining accuracy, security, and professionalism throughout daily cash operations.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise cage operations and personnel during the grave shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations</li>\n <li>Monitor and verify cash handling procedures, safeguarding company assets at all times</li>\n <li>Maintain control over currency, coins, checks, and required forms and documentation</li>\n <li>Review and balance cage activity, ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliation</li>\n <li>Assist the Cage Shift Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations</li>\n <li>Coach and mentor team members to promote accuracy, accountability, and service excellence</li>\n <li>Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all transactions and recordkeeping</li>\n <li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues promptly</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional internal and external guest service in all interactions</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Three (3) years of cage or cash-handling experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of state gaming regulations and monetary transaction controls</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequent standing and walking throughout the casino and cage area</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive cash-handling motions</li>\n <li>Exposure to secondhand smoke, noise, and a fast-paced gaming environment</li>\n <li>Frequent interaction with guests and staff requiring professional communication and composure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<p>This is a grave shift position.
