This individual will be leading a team of part-time employees while delivering an exceptional, community-centered customer experience. Our ideal candidate is a dependable, people-focused leader who is comfortable managing younger staff, thrives in a high traffic environment, and takes ownership in their workplace.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Model outstanding customer service. Handle escalated customer concerns professionally</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor product inventory and place orders as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage high-traffic periods efficiently, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment during peak hours&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a positive, trusting, and inclusive workplace for all employees</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build and maintain weekly employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the recruitment process for new parlor staff.
