    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Landscaper position is responsible for grounds, facilities landscaping, and blowing the park. </p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $19.50/per hour</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Trim trees and shrubs</li>\n <li>Pick up clippings from trimming</li>\n <li>Remove and plant shrubs</li>\n <li>Pick up storm damage debris and branches</li>\n <li>Apply fertilizer, mulch, and other planting materials</li>\n <li>Spread rock</li>\n <li>Pull weeds</li>\n <li>Remove stumps</li>\n <li>Irrigation repairs</li>\n <li>Rake up leaves and clippings</li>\n <li>Blow park of debris and other items</li>\n <li>Other duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have basic landscape knowledge or be willing to learn</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain a cordial and effective working relationship with fellow employees</li>\n <li>Must be able to handle frequent kneeling, bending, digging, squatting, pulling, etc.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift over 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must be able to use a shovel, pick axe, planting bar, rake, and other landscape equipment</li>\n <li>Must be able to tolerate natural elements (heat, sun, wind, rain) for extended periods of time</li>\n</ul>",
