R</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">esponsible for managing and securing the company’s office IT environment (both software and hardware), ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of systems in all offices. This role involves overseeing the rollout of IT endpoints, managing identity and access, and providing technical support to users, </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain and enhance the office’s cybersecurity posture, manage hardware and software resources, and ensure the seamless operation of IT services.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The weekly schedule is 4 days onsite/in office &amp; 1 day home office.</span><br>Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or<br>Emergencies. Visits to other offices on an ad hoc basis, as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hardware, vendor, and software management:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting internal users with hardware and software issues on all work equipment, including coordinating with vendors for hardware support and procurement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and develop relevant how-to documentation pertaining to internal user tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a comprehensive audit of office IT equipment, ensuring all information is documented and up to date</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare hardware for new employees, ensuring all devices are configured according to company standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan and execute system upgrades</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Account/digital identity management</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts and adjusting access permissions</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Owning domain-relevant operational implementation of - and adherence to - Flexion’s security and information management policies and</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor office network performance, recommending upgrades or expansions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support remote systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support license management</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience as a System Administrator</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with user account management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in managing IT hardware and software, including procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with system upgrades, software patches, and firmware updates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Windows, Linux and networking technologies (iOS is a plus)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with remote system support and network performance monitoring</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with productivity software suites and license management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Flexion Mobile Plc</span></p>\n<p><br>Flexion Mobile is a leader in mobile games—one of the fastest-growing sectors in entertainment.
