          "text": "<p><strong>OPERATIONAL EXECUTION &amp; FLOW MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>Lead weekend operations across inbound, outbound, and yard activities to ensure consistent product flow and service delivery</p><p>Drive execution of daily operational plans, ensuring efficient movement of goods through the warehouse</p><p>Ensure customer demand is met through accurate, timely fulfillment and coordination across functions</p><p>Monitor and improve performance across key metrics including throughput, quality, stock, safety, accuracy, and service levels</p><p>Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors</p><p>Oversee facility systems and procedures to improve efficiency, maintain safety, and protect the quality of operational deliverables</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>PEOPLE LEADERSHIP &amp; TEAM DEVELOPMENT</strong></p><p>Lead, coach, and develop supervisors &amp; frontline teams, including forklift operators, shipping &amp; receiving clerks, and yard hostlers</p><p>Partner with Inventory Control leadership to ensure alignment on inventory accuracy and operational execution</p><p>Partner with the Equipment/Maintenance leadership to ensure robotics, equipment, and facility systems are properly maintained and operating effectively to support safe, efficient operations</p><p>Hire, onboard, and develop talent to build a strong leadership pipeline and high-performing teams</p><p>Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and development planning to drive accountability and growth</p><p>Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and accountability across all shifts</p><p><strong>SAFETY, COMPLIANCE &amp; STANDARDS</strong></p><p>Champion a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all company and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc.)</p><p>Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards</p><p>Conduct regular inspections and proactively address risks related to safety, compliance, and facility conditions</p><p>Partner with leadership to address compliance concerns and implement preventative actions</p><p>Ensure compliance with AIB standards and food safety programs to maintain product quality and regulatory readiness</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>INVENTORY ACCURACY &amp; SYSTEMS</strong></p><p>Partner with Inventory Control to ensure inventory integrity through accurate tracking and variance resolution</p><p>Utilize SAP and other systems to support accurate reporting and operational decision-making</p><p>Support accurate product ordering and variance resolution through SAP and related inventory systems</p><p>Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system data to support operational efficiency</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT &amp; PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p>Analyze operational performance and implement improvements aligned with business goals</p><p>Balance service, cost, and quality to drive operational excellence</p><p>Support execution of business plans and contribute to the overall success of the distribution network</p><p>Forecast staffing, workload, and performance needs to align labor planning with business demand</p>",
