Hybrid schedule. <strong>Make a difference and love doing it.</strong></li>\n <li>We are a small, <strong>employee-centric</strong> organization driven by our collective <strong>commitment to ABA excellence.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>A Day in the life:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acquire contracts for all insurances that we will be partnering within the applicable states.  </li>\n <li>Assess the needs of each state to comply with state regulations.  </li>\n <li>Create individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications. </li>\n <li>Maintain internal provider framework to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available.</li>\n <li>Update and maintain CAQH accounts.</li>\n <li>Complete revalidation requests issued by government payers. </li>\n <li>Process credentialing applications to add therapists to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid. </li>\n <li>Creating NPI’s when necessary for individual therapists.  </li>\n <li>Process re-credentialing applications for commercial payers. </li>\n <li>Working closely with the billing department to negotiate contract rates.  </li>\n <li>Meet deadlines and communicate updates regularly with leadership and respective parties.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>2 years of credentialing experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Quick learner.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision.</li>\n <li>Experience with NPI registry, and CAQH.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Golden Steps ABA provides equal employment opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, citizenship status, national origin, ethnicity, military/veteran status, or disability which can be reasonably accommodated without undue hardship, or any other classification protected by law. </em><em>This applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruitment, hiring, compensation, training, promotions, terminations, layoffs, transfers and leaves of absence.</em></p>",
