This role is responsible for managing data-focused projects defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and delivery of high-quality analytical products. The Data Analytics Lead supports evidence-based decision-making through the development of executive-level reports, briefings, and documentation while maintaining compliance with VA standards and policies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This announcement is associated with GKG's Future Opportunities. Expressing interest in GKG's Future Opportunities offers you the ability to share your capabilities and career interests with GKG; aligning your next step with your career goals!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage data analytics projects in accordance with PWS requirements and contract objectives</li>\n <li>Oversee government program data collection, data modeling, and analytical activities</li>\n <li>Ensure the development of accurate, timely, and actionable analytical products to support VA leadership</li>\n <li>Lead the preparation of executive-level reports, briefings, dashboards, and documentation deliverables</li>\n <li>Coordinate with VA stakeholders to validate data requirements, methodologies, and outputs</li>\n <li>Monitor project schedules, risks, and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of analytics products</li>\n <li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with applicable federal standards and policies</li>\n <li>Provide direction and oversight to contractor personnel supporting data analytics tasks</li>\n <li>Maintain professional conduct and ensure contractor activities positively represent the VA</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience managing projects as defined in the PWS</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing government program data activities, including:</li>\n <li>Proven experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with office automation tools and data analysis software</li>\n <li>All contractor personnel must meet VA Personal Security requirements</li>\n <li>Personnel must maintain professional conduct that positively represents the VA</li>\n <li>This position serves in a support role; final VA business decisions are made by Government personnel</li>\n <li>Priority may be given to individuals with prior experience supporting this effort, contingent upon acceptable performance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent industry-recognized project management certification (preferred; must be maintained if held)</li>\n <li>Experience supporting VA, DoD, or other federal civilian agencies</li>\n <li>Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, and decision-support tools</li>\n <li>Familiarity with federal data governance, reporting standards, and compliance requirements</li>\n</ul>",
