Let's dive right in:<br><br><ul style=\"margin-top:0in;\"><li>You will configure and maintain our SAP Finance modules - covering G/L, A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, and Banking - ensuring our financial backbone is always solid and compliant.</li><li>You will be our go-to expert for the Travel & Expense System (TES) and E-Invoicing solutions, keeping everything running smoothly across our European entities.</li><li>You will champion EU-wide compliance standards such as EN 16931 and Peppol, while navigating country-specific mandates like Italy SDI, Germany XRechnung, France PPF, and Poland KSeF.</li><li>You will coordinate end-to-end integrations between SAP, TES, e-invoicing platforms, BPM/OA workflow systems, and external authorities - making sure all the pieces talk to each other seamlessly.</li><li>You will provide 2nd-level support for Finance systems, resolve data issues, and drive process optimisation during period-end and year-end closing cycles.</li><li>You will spot automation opportunities and turn them into real efficiency gains for our Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams.</li></ul>"

Now, in order to truly fit into this role and thrive here for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:<br><br><ul style=\"margin-top:0in;\"><li>You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO), and you know your way around G/L, A/P, A/R, and Asset Accounting like a seasoned navigator.</li><li>You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>You have solid knowledge of Travel & Expense systems (SAP Concur or similar) and are comfortable supporting users across multiple countries.</li><li>You are familiar with E-Invoicing compliance frameworks and country-specific regulations across the EU - this is a genuine differentiator for you.</li><li>You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English at C1 level (written and spoken); German at B2 or above is a strong plus.</li><li>You are structured, proactive, and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional, multinational team - with a service-oriented mindset that makes colleagues genuinely enjoy working with you.</li></ul>"
