Chooses music at appropriate beats per minute for class segments.</li><li>Develops and teaches class content appropriate to the course description and level.</li><li>Provides feedback to class participants and proper instruction in use of support materials and equipment.</li><li>Follows class format and fidelity as set by Fitness and Enrichment Coordinator or sponsoring agency (i.e., Silver Sneakers).</li><li>Welcomes and encourages all participants to follow at their own pace.</li><li>Adapts class format to meet the needs of clientele.</li><li>Monitors participants and their ability to participate.</li><li>Monitors attire to properly perform, i.e., shoes, etc., if applicable.</li><li>Reports all concerns to Fitness and Enrichment Coordinator.</li><li>Responsible for finding a dependable, appropriate substitute upon their absence. If a substitute is not available, alert the Fitness and Enrichment Coordinator immediately so the class can be canceled and registrants notified.</li><li>All staff meetings and training courses.
