This internship is a great opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field to gain real-world experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.</p>\n<p>As a Finance Intern, you will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain exposure to the financial decision-making process, reporting tools, forecasting methods, and internal controls. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support budgeting and financial planning processes</li>\n <li>Conduct financial analysis on company performance, trends, and key metrics</li>\n <li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures</li>\n <li>Help reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information</li>\n <li>Maintain financial databases and track key performance indicators (KPIs)</li>\n <li>Support audit preparation by gathering and organizing financial documentation</li>\n <li>Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data</li>\n <li>Assist in creating presentations and materials for internal financial reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)</li>\n <li>Completed introductory finance and accounting courses</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment</li>\n <li>High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality</li>\n <li>Experience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
