          "text": "<p>•    Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Preferred)<br />•    5+ years of experience working with Linux and AIX (RedHat preferred, certifications a plus)<br />•    Must have HMC and LPAR experiences.<br />•    Plus to have GPFS v3.5 experiences.<br />•    Plus to have Veritas Netbackup experiences.<br />•    Knowledge of the Linux kernel and kernel modules<br />•    Familiarity with open source tools, monitoring systems<br />•    Experience with Web server administration (Apache)<br />•    Experience configuring Tomcat/JBoss<br />•    Experience configuring HA clusters with RedHat Enterprise Linux HA Add-on<br />•    Experience PowerHA v7.1 <br />•    Working exposure to networked storage (SAN, NAS)<br />•    Experience with virtualization, managing virtual hosts with VmWare ESXi<br />•    Perform installations/patching of operating system, software installation, and system backups - data recover<br />•    Ability to create scripts to automate tasks (Bash, Python...)<br />•    Hardware troubleshoot (Dell, HP, IBM) tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance (firmware/security updates)<br />•    Working in structured change management processes, ability to follow internal rules and regulations <br />Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently<br /><br /></p>",
