In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.</p><p>Responsibilities:<br><br>To assure a continuous production in the<strong> sterilization area.</strong> Loading and unloading sterilization vessels on time to avoid downtime in manufacturing areas. <strong>Repairs and maintains sterilizers and mechanical equipment in the sterilization area. </strong>Perform all duties with strict observance to Safety Regulations, cGMP's, cSOPs, cGDP's and other internal and external regulations.</p><ul><li>Fill out all documentation at sterilized vessels.</li><li>Fill out all the reports.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance to the sterilizers.</li><li>Able to work at any shift.</li><li>Handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Maintain a clean environment.</li><li>Team worked oriented.</li><li>Takes the samples of the process.</li><li>Repairs or replaces defective parts.</li><li>Lubricates and cleans parts.</li><li>Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.</li><li>Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.</li><li>Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.</li><li>Repairs electrical equipment.</li><li>Perform calibrations to instruments and trouble shoots control panel area.</li><li>Able to work within minimum supervision.</li><li>Starts devices to test their performance.</li><li>Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.</li><li>Sterilization Cycles Continuous Monitoring.</li><li>Load, unloads and product movement on sterilization trucks.</li><li>Maintain commitment to high standards for compliance, enthusiasm and business integrity.</li><li>Able to work with many projects and handle multiple tasks at the same time.</li><li>Able to work Holidays, extra hours, or any shift when required (e.g. Shutdowns, external audits-FDA, ISO 9002, Corporate-, special projects).</li><li>Must keep the work area clean and in order conditions.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><strong>Associate or bachelor's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation</strong>.</li><li><strong>1 year of related experience in the steam sterilization area.</strong></li><li><strong>3rd Shift: Wednesday-Sunday & overtime as requested. </strong></li></ul><p><span style=\\\"font-size:10px\\\"><em>Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></span></p>",
