Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p>The server is responsible for writing down each customer’s order, submitting it to the kitchen and bringing out the correct dishes and beverages to each diner.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standards</p>\n<p>- Performs all duties in a polite, professional, and responsible manner, including but not limited to immediately alerting management of guests who are intoxicated, unruly or disruptive, as well as strictly enforcing the minimum age policy</p>\n<p>- Communicate accurate detail of all menu items and preparation methods as necessary  </p>\n<p>- Operating a POS system</p>\n<p>- Assists with overall room functions by performing duties that include cleaning, bussing, and resetting tables, menus, and rolling silverware as needed</p>\n<p>- Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines</p>\n<p>- Attends departmental and company meetings as required</p>\n<p>- Performs all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the department standard operating procedures manual</p>\n<p>- Other duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Must be at least 21 years of age</p>\n<p>- High school completion or equivalent required</p>\n<p>- At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume service experience preferred</p>\n<p>- Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol and food service certification</p>\n<p>- Point of Sale, cash/credit handling experience required</p>\n<p>- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English</p>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
