Floor Managers should also have the experience to efficiently handle all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, utilizing company-provided management resources and leading practices centered around guest service on each shift, taking an active role in staff development, and managing general business operations under the guidance of the General Manager.</p><p><br></p><p>We provide full coverage for Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service training and certification.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WAGES</strong></p><p>We take pride in offering a competitive wage as well as annual wage increases based on performance. The hourly wage for this position is $26-$31 plus incentives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>BONUS</strong></p><p>Custom House Restaurant Group offers a generous yearly bonus potential created from obtainable goals, making it easier for you to reach your own personal goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>INSURANCE &amp; 401k</strong></p><p>We offer a variety of options for medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans to fit your budget.
