    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n  <div>\n   <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n    <div>\n     <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Comply with all company safety policies, quality systems, and operational procedures.</li>\n      <li>Support workshop operations by assisting with tool preparation, inventory, and load-out activities.</li>\n      <li>Participate in product-specific training and maintain competency standards.</li>\n      <li>Promote and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.</li>\n      <li>Remain available for 24-hour call as needed to support field and shop activities.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Assist in preparing and testing tools and equipment for jobs.</li>\n      <li>Deliver equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate paperwork for delivery tickets, job reports, and timesheets.</li>\n      <li>Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and services provided in the field.</li>\n      <li>Recommend improvements to methods, processes, and performance for greater efficiency.</li>\n      <li>Report activity status daily to the Workshop Supervisor.</li>\n      <li>Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely in compliance with certification requirements.</li>\n      <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors within job constraints.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred</li>\n      <li>2–3 years of industry experience in a relevant field preferred.</li>\n      <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n      <li>Forklift and overhead crane certification required.</li>\n      <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team.</li>\n      <li>Physical ability to respond to emergencies and perform hands-on tasks safely.<br>\n        &nbsp;</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>NOV proudly supports U.S. military veterans.
