In this role, you will ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT services, driving standardization, enhancing monitoring processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will strengthen and mature IT operational processes, compliance controls, and change management practices to maintain a stable and secure technology ecosystem during a critical growth phase as we advance through late-stage clinical trials. You will also lead the IT Operations team managing direct reports and coordinating with external IT support vendors to deliver efficient support and robust IT services across the organization.
