You will work in small, high-impact PODs alongside domain experts and product teams to solve complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into working systems fast.</p>\n<h2></h2>\n<strong>Experience: 4–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.</strong>\n<h2><strong>What you will do</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and deploy end-to-end data and AI applications to solve real-world problems, from messy inputs to production-ready solutions.</li>\n <li>Work in small POD teams with domain experts and stakeholders to rapidly understand problems and deliver usable solutions.</li>\n <li>Design and implement data pipelines and integrations, owning the full lifecycle from ingestion and transformation to serving and monitoring.</li>\n <li>Develop agentic AI applications (RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool use) and integrate them into business processes.</li>\n <li>Iterate quickly, prototype, test in real environments, refine, and scale what works.</li>\n <li>Identify repeatable patterns across deployments and bring those learnings back into product and platform teams.</li>\n <li>Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring systems meet business goals like SLAs, reliability, and efficiency, not just technical completion.</li>\n <li>Debug and improve systems across the stack - data, models, APIs, and infrastructure and in real-world environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong hands-on software engineering experience building and shipping production systems in enterprise environments.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to rapidly prototype and build production-oriented applications using modern AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding workflows (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, including building scalable ingestion, transformation, and serving pipelines for structured and unstructured/multimodal data</li>\n <li>Ability to architect and build data and integration pipelines using tools like Airflow, Kafka, or similar systems.</li>\n <li>Experience building data-driven applications, not just pipelines and turning data into usable systems.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, RAG systems, and LLM-based applications, including prompt and context engineering.</li>\n <li>Strong debugging skills and ability to work with imperfect, real-world data and systems.</li>\n <li>Experience building enterprise-grade applications with appropriate security, governance, observability, and operational best practices.</li>\n <li>High ownership and bias to action, you move things forward without waiting for perfect clarity.</li>\n <li>Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined upfront.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>How You Will Succeed in This Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You focus on outcomes over output—success is measured by impact (e.g., efficiency gains, cost savings, SLA improvements) and not lines of code.</li>\n <li>You bring field learnings back into the product, helping scale what works.</li>\n <li>You operate with high agency, you unblock yourself, adapt quickly, and take ownership end-to-end.</li>\n <li>You are curious and pragmatic, constantly exploring new technologies and applying them where they create real value.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>#Fulltime, #Full-time</strong> <strong>#Associate #LI-RJ1 </strong><strong>#LI-Hybrid</strong></p>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>Work With Impact:</strong> Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains.
