If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program.</strong></p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise field crews and technicians to establish project responsibilities and priorities</li>\n <li>Coordination with other discipline leads on scheduling objectives and project milestones</li>\n <li>Assignment of daily responsibilities for survey field crews and office technicians</li>\n <li>Perform boundary analysis for large-scale corridor, route, or sectionalized land surveys</li>\n <li>Sign and seal surveys, maps, and survey related documents as the responsible professional in charge of survey and mapping projects</li>\n <li>Perform in-process quality control of survey field activities, calculations, and preliminary project deliverables</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of North Carolina</strong></li>\n <li><strong>10 years of experience. </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Bachelor's Degree preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Strong technical skills, including experience with Microstation or Auto-CAD (Civil3D preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong communication, writing and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
