    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><div id=\"isPasted\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 30px;\">C Shift Control Room Operator</span></strong></p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><hr><p data-pasted=\"true\"><br></p><p>Reporting directly to the Flaking Supervisor, the Control Room Operator is responsible for performing all required duties and operating all necessary equipment to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the Flaking department supersacks in order to meet stated production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 2-2-3 Rotation (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat)<br><em>This schedule includes working every other weekend.</em></p><p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Education, Credentials, Licenses:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A High School Diploma, GED, or earning within a designated period of time following date of hire;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Kind &amp; Length of Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Preferred - Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting;</li><li>Preferred &ndash; Stand up forklift experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.</li><li>Forklift experience (prefer Stand up and Reach Truck experience)&nbsp;</li><li>Computer skills (ability to navigate/general competency)</li></ul><p><strong>PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND STANDARDS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspect materials and products for defects, and to ensure conformance to specifications</li><li>Record production and operational data, such as amount of materials processed</li><li>Push control buttons and move controls to start, stop, or adjust machinery and equipment</li><li>Weigh or measure materials or products to ensure conformance to specifications</li><li>Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions</li><li>Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions</li><li>Transfer materials and products to and from machinery and equipment, using industrial trucks or hand trucks</li><li>Fasten, package, or stack materials and products, using hand tools and fastening equipment</li><li>Remove materials and products from machines and equipment, and place them in boxes, trucks or conveyors, using hand tools and moving devices</li><li>Operate material handling equipment, including but not limited to forklift;</li><li>Verify quality and weight of product.</li><li>Utilize sealing machines to fill bags;</li><li>Transport finished pallets of 50 lb. bags and supersacks into warehouse storage after processing repetitively;</li><li>Operate equipment (e.g., supersack machine, filling machine);</li><li>Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment;</li><li>Shovel or scoop materials into containers, machines, or equipment for processing, storage, or transport</li><li>Dump or pour specified amounts of material into machinery or equipment.</li><li>Maintain housekeeping requirements in addition to 5S standards.</li><li>Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening to maintain equipment base condition.</li><li>Transfer inventory through electronic scanning and required paperwork.</li><li>Lead or support continuous improvement activities through established methods.</li><li>Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.</li><li>Act and be safe at all times.</li><li>Understand and adhere to all task, departmental, site, and company safety rules or standards.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a safe work environment.</li><li>Comply with all customers, regulatory, and quality requirements in the performance of all tasks as set forth in the company&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</li><li>Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.</li><li>Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security Requirements covered under Local State and Federal Regulations</li><li>Follow all RC14001 guiding principles, policies, procedures, and other requirements.</li><li>Maintain Hazardous waste in accordance to all Local, State and Federal Regulations</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;Customer Service, Teamwork &amp;
