    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Help make a difference in the lives of our patients and find your purpose providing care and dignity to the&nbsp;Medical Unit 2&nbsp;patient population!</p><p>In this role, you’ll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you’ll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>To succeed, you’ll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families.
