In this exciting role, you would be responsible for managing traffic through construction sites in and around Moncton and surrounding areas. <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We're currently hiring for multiple traffic control positions with entry-level positions available. We provide full training and even provide transportation for our employees to and from work so no experience is required to get started!</span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Competitive wages starting at $17.50/hour for those with no drivers license or not in a driver role.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Wages starting at $20/hour for applicants who will also be responsible for operating our company vehicles.</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Drivers must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and a clean drivers abstract.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Opportunity for advancement within a few months of working with us.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Transportation to and from work provided (some exceptions may apply).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Respectful and friendly management team that will help you succeed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Most PPE will be supplied by the company.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with placing signs, barricades, and traffic cones in work areas.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Adapt traffic control setups to support moving paving operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate with other TCPs in the workplace to regulate traffic safely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Responsible for the safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists through work areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate any incidents or hazards to the Site Supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with all policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Follow instructions given by Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Management.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Reliable and punctual.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be able to interpret both written and verbal instructions.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Great communication skills and willing to work in a team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Able to work outside in all weather conditions, often working long days.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Comfortable working near vehicle traffic and heavy equipment on construction sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Required ability to lift up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods of time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid TCP Certification an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid Class 5 License an asset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><em>We would like to thank all of those that apply; however only those selected for an interview will be notified.</em></span></p>",
