With flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement, it Pays to Go Lowes Foods!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay starts at $14 / hour.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS FOR NOW & YOUR FUTURE</strong>:Paid Time Off*Discount on Private Brand ProductsMedical, Dental, Vision*Short & Long Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program100% Company Funded Pension401k Planand More!*Full Time positions</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Actively communicate to ensure polite, friendly, and attentive interactions with all guests and co-workers.  </li>\n<li>Actively follow the Service Standards to ensure all interactions follow the Lowes Foods behavioral expectations. </li>\n<li>Maintain product level, quality and freshness in accordance with the company’s stocking and rotation practices. </li>\n<li>Maintain organizational standards in accordance with the company’s 5S/Simplify practices. </li>\n<li>Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning equipment, workspaces, cases, utensils, or any other area that requires cleaning.  </li>\n<li>Communicate guest requests to management.  </li>\n<li>Maintain food safety protocols in accordance with established governmental and company practices.  </li>\n<li>Maintain supply and sanitation standards within all dining areas including, but not limited to, emptying trash, sweeping floors, refilling condiments. </li>\n<li>Take guest orders and process transactions. </li>\n<li>Prepare product for sale (expediting, packaging, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing).  </li>\n<li>Deliver in-store food orders to the guest’s location. </li>\n<li>Cross-train in multiple areas of Foodservice including, but not limited to, order taking, sandwich and salad making, register operation, slicer operation, order fulfillment. </li>\n<li>Performs front porch duties to ensure “guest arrival” standard is maintained.  </li>\n<li>Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.  </li>\n<li>Assist in product receiving and storage.  </li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned by management.  </li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Friendly, outgoing personality.  </li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others.  </li>\n<li>Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.  </li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand information and direction.  </li>\n<li>Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.  </li>\n<li>Must be at least 18 years old.  </li>\n<li>Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.  </li>\n<p>#LI-KG1</p>",
