The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Under the general supervision of the First Cook, maintain and monitor buffet stations throughout service periods.</li><li>Replenish food items, dishes, utensils, and serving equipment at buffet stations to ensure continuous availability.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including countertops, serving surfaces, and surrounding floors.</li><li>Monitor food presentation and temperature compliance on buffet stations and steam tables.</li><li>Prepare and stock beverage stations, condiment containers, and service supplies.</li><li>Assist guests with buffet service inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.</li><li>Clear and reset buffet stations between service periods and at end of shift.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>",
